Registered users (“Members”) can earn cashback by purchasing through our listed retailers (“Retailers”). Cashback is payable only upon confirmation of a valid, completed (“Qualifying”) purchase and once we receive the applicable commission.
In select cases, you may earn “Rewards” instead of cashback. These can only be redeemed via gift cards or wallets once you meet the minimum redemption threshold.
Members may refer new users (“Referees”) and earn a percentage of their cashback, provided the Referee makes a Qualifying Transaction. Terms may vary, and we reserve the right to update referral benefits without prior notice.
You must be at least 18 years old to register. Parents or guardians may register on behalf of minors. Ensure all information (including your chosen payout method—bank transfer, UPI, or wallet) is accurate and kept up‑to‑date. Registration and data collection comply with applicable laws, and registrants must provide express consent where required.
Cashback or Rewards are credited as “pending” until Retailer validation, which may take up to 90 days. Returns, cancellations, or invalid tracking can void cashback eligibility, and it is your responsibility to report missing cashback within 30 days using our support form. Retailer decisions are final, although we may attempt to recover missing payouts on your behalf.
We reserve the right to reclaim or adjust payouts in cases of error, fraud, or misuse, even after payout, including through legal action. You’re responsible for ensuring payout details are correct—errors due to incorrect information are solely your liability.
Note: Avoid making purchases via VPNs or using session-disrupting tools like pop-up blockers, as these can interfere with tracking and eligibility.
You may close your account at any time. Any validated cashback or Rewards below the minimum threshold will be forfeited. Balances meeting the threshold may be withdrawn via your selected payout method.
If you remain inactive (i.e., don’t log in) for two years, your earnings may expire and move to an “Expired Earnings” section—not withdrawable thereafter.
All content on the Platform (including contributed material) is owned or licensed by King of Deals. Unauthorized copying, distribution, transformation, or derivative creation is prohibited. By posting content, you grant us and other Members limited rights to view and display your material under license, and we reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.
Our Privacy Policy forms part of this Agreement and governs your data. Please refer to it for details on how personal information is collected, used, and stored.
We act solely as a cashback facilitator and are not a party to transactions between you and any Retailer. We do not guarantee the quality, legality, or delivery of goods or services purchased through Retailers, and hold no liability for your interactions with Retailers.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect:
We may investigate and cooperate with law enforcement and terminate violators permanently. Fraudulent users may be blacklisted.
Should any third party contact us in relation to your account or activity, you agree to provide reasonable cooperation including providing accurate information or responding to inquiries promptly.
New features or services may be offered from time to time under separate terms, which you’ll need to agree to when using them. Violation of those terms counts as a breach of this Agreement.
We may suspend or modify our Services for technical, legal, or business reasons, with 30 days’ notice where feasible (except for urgent fixes). While we strive for uninterrupted access, we cannot guarantee constant availability. Password updates may be required for security—note that we will never ask for your password outside of our secure Platform.
All Services and content are provided “as-is,” without warranty. We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including lost profits, data, or business opportunities—arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed Rs 500 for any single claim, except in cases of fraud or where law prohibits limitation. We are not liable for third-party content, untracked transactions, or site errors beyond our control.
